End Production
The final processing of our functional mushroom raw materials occurs in our ISO 22000 and GMP certified production facilities in Slovenia. This ensures that we uphold our high-quality standards and comply with the stringent regulations of European food legislation.
Careful inspection of the product
Upon receiving the raw materials from China, we confirm the following details:
Packaging and weight
Appearance and odor
Consistency between documents and the actual goods
Identity of the mushroom and the levels of key ingredients, such as polysaccharides
Simultaneously, the laboratory values are rechecked by XXXXXX The raw materials are then prepared for use and labeled accordingly.
Some raw materials are stored in our warehouse, some are bulk-filled based on orders, and others are sent to our semi-automated production facility for contract manufacturing.
Mixing and encapsulation
Depending on the formulation, the products are packaged either as loose powder or in capsules, including:
Mushroom powder or extract
A mix of various mushrooms
A combination of powder and extract
Mushrooms combined with other ingredients, such as plant extracts
Each ingredient is carefully weighed according to the recipe, added to the mixing tank, and blended for 30 minutes before being encapsulated.
Throughout the production process, the capsules are visually inspected multiple times to ensure proper encapsulation. These inspections are recorded and included with the order.
The products undergo filling, labeling, and a final inspection before being shipped
After encapsulation, the final product is prepared for shipment, either in bulk or in containers. We offer custom labeling for containers based on customer specifications and requirements.
At this stage, the batch number and expiry date are added. This batch number allows for tracking of Agrolab analysis results and requesting certificates of analysis from each customer.
The closures are then visually and randomly inspected for any potential leaks. Once the inspection is complete, the order is ready for shipment to the customer.
All order-related documents, such as laboratory analyses and manufacturer certificates (including the bio certificate), are included with each order. This ensures that our customers have all the necessary documentation to bring a medicinal mushroom product to market immediately\*.
